Dmitrijs Olenicenko

A numbers person before anything else. I turn complexity into clear, confident decisions — give me a P&L, a dataset or a market and I find the causal thread, then translate it into something a team can act on. One method: complexity in, clarity out.

Overview

who I am, in short

I build the systems institutions make decisions with — the data, the analysis, and increasingly the AI underneath them. Give me a ledger, a dataset or a market and I find what it is actually saying; then I turn that into a model, a report, or a product a board can act on. Numbers first, always: they are the one language every business speaks.

Eight years, four countries, 15+ industries — audit at Deloitte, enterprise BI in Sweden serving 40 controllers, PropTech and finance in Dubai, and three business lines today as Chief Data Officer at Naviora Group. Different sectors, one throughline: finding the causal thread in complexity and making it decision-ready. One method throughout: complexity in, clarity out.

Data Rooms & Due Diligence

Investment-grade data rooms end-to-end — ProForma, sensitivity, exit & liquidity, price validation. Built so a committee can decide and an auditor can trace every number.

Research

Deep Research on Anything

I take a company, market, person, technology or scientific question to institutional depth — structured, evidenced, decision-ready. The same rigour a fund applies to a deal, applied to any subject.

AI

AI Agents & Products

I design and build AI research agents — councils of specialists that investigate a field and return institutional-grade output — and turn that intelligence into working products.

Finance

Financial Modelling & Reporting

Three-statement models, cash-flow forecasting, plan-vs-actual, unit economics — plus the reporting infrastructure owners and boards actually use.

Analytics

BI & Analytics Platforms

Production Power BI across 15+ industries — GL-to-invoice drill-downs, row-level security, daily-refresh intelligence used by hundreds of people.

Delivery

Zero to Running System

Requirements to production, personally. neifcapital.com is the proof: an institutional investment OS shipped end-to-end by one person.

Speaking & Teaching

sharing what the work taught me

Lecture at the University of Latvia Innovation & Acceleration Center — pre-incubation program in cooperation with Latvenergo and Sadales Tīkls. How entrepreneurs turn ideas into sustainable businesses: market validation and customer research, go-to-market and customer acquisition, financial modelling and unit economics, AI as a tool for faster decision-making, and data-driven risk management.

A recurring theme in my talks: how deep research and AI compress the distance between a question and a decision — how to investigate any field rigorously, and turn the findings into products, models and agents rather than slides.
